All tutu orders, unless listed as "ready to ship", are shipping out about 21 days after purchase. All handmade wings currently take up to 4 weeks to be completed. These orders will be completed and ready to ship within the above stated turnaround, then there is an additional 2-3 business days for delivery for all orders within the US. International shipping times vary. Most items for international orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, with the option of upgrading to Priority Mail International at an additional cost. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks shipping time on all International Orders.

*First Class International packages will ship out on the Wednesday or Thursday of the week they are due to ship out.
**First Class International shipping can take anywhere from 1 week up to 4 weeks for delivery, sometimes even longer if held up in customs. If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping method contact me for a quote.

Tiara's Boutique tutus and fairy wings are high quality handmade products for girls and women of any age or size! All creations are handcrafted and designed by myself, Tiara Lynn. I strive to offer a high quality, beautiful product that is also durable, to last through years of play!

Tutus and fairy wings are perfect for weddings, birthdays, portraits, recitals, ballet class, Halloween costumes, and so much more! They also make fantastic photo props and gifts!

- We are currently only offering a few select styles of fairy wings. Each set of wings can be customized, this means that you may choose any combination of colors for your custom wings, but styles and sizes are available as listed. We will no longer be offering custom designed fairy wing shapes and sizes.
- Tiara's Boutique does not offer tops, corsets, onesies, or leotards of any sort. We also do not make/sell jackets, sweaters, or slips. We will not make a tutu attached to a crochet style headband. If you would like to purchase a crochet style headband to be used as a top with your tutu they are available for purchase from an independent supplier here: http://www.haloheaven.com/tops.html
- Wands and certain embellishments such as spiral ribbon streamers are no longer available.
- Tiara's Boutique does not make/offer over the top hair bows, tulle poofs, or french barrettes.

All items are created in my smoke free and pet free home studios.
