Since these items are completely custom they will take 1-3 weeks to create! Once created we will ship your item off to you within 1-3 days via the shipping method of your choosing.

There are no returns on Custom Conversion pieces, but please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Yes! On items that are $200+
Layaway is not available on custom made items.

There is a 20% down payment in order to secure a layaway.
The customer must pay off the remainder over three months in a monthly payment program.
For instance, if an item is $1,000.00 the customer must put a down payment of $200.00 and pay an additional $266.66 per month for three months.

All layaways are *non-refundable*. If the customer decides they do not want the item the down payment becomes store credit.

You will have -one week- after a missed payment to get in touch with me. After this week your layaway will be void and your down payment will become store credit.

Please note, there are no returns on items purchased through layaway.

#1 Rule for Antique jewelry- Don't get it wet! Take your jewelry off before washing your hands or bathing. This is especially important for porous stones such as Turquoise, Pearl and Coral as well as Foil-backed Georgian Jewelry.

Skin and hair care products, makeup and lotion can all have an effect on antique jewelry. Please use caution.

Antique Jewelry can be delicate, we recommend having your jewelry cleaned by a professional who is familiar with antiques.

Having a safe place to store your jewelry where it will not be bumping and rubbing against other jewelry is always recommended.

Polishing or otherwise affecting an item will void its return.
The patina on these one-of-a-kind antique pieces is considered part of its history and as a result an item is often devalued by polishing.

Orders *must* be placed by these dates in order for your item to arrive in time for Christmas-

International: November 18th


+Pre-made and Vintage Jewelry:

Domestic U.S. : December 18th

International: December 7th

Please note these dates are based on USPS recommendations and we can assure you that your package will be dropped off by USPS deadlines, but once the package has left our care, delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

If you mark an order as a gift it means I will not add the price of the item to the receipt that is included with the package. This allows the person you are buying for to know where it was purchased but not how much you paid for it.
Marking as a gift does not mean that I will supply extra gift wrapping nor does it mean that I can mark an item as a gift for customs purposes.
