All my hand knits are done with care and with quality in mind. I design and handknit my products myself.
Payment
Please provide payment upon check out. Thank you.
Shipping
I ship worldwide.
For the United States I use priority mail and a confirmation email is sent to you the customer for tracking purposes.
The customer is responsible for custom costs if any on international orders.
Insurance is also an option please let me know if you require insurance upon check out for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns. Once item is shipped and received via email confirmation I will accept returns 5 days after item is received.
The item must be in the same condition as bought with no tears, damages or washing.
Please note I do not accept returns on any custom orders. The time it takes to create the pattern and hand knit custom orders can take time to fulfill the order requirements. I am open to creating a custom order at an affordable rate, please convo me for more details.
Shipping will be at the customers costs and no refunds on shipping.

Note:
Please take into consideration that the prices I have listed for each piece, that have already been hand knitted are priced for that particular yarn that I used to complete the item. If you would like to have an item hand knitted in a yarn of your choice, please convo me for more details.
Different yarn textures will require a decrease or increase in the amount of yardage needed to knit the item, therefore the amount of yarn needed will vary for each piece knitted. This will also increase or decrease the time of my knitting for a particular piece requested to be hand knitted. The thinner the yarn the more stitches required and the thicker the yarn the less time it will take to knit up the item.
My hand knits are one of a kind because I do hand knit each piece with two knitting needles and a ball of yarn, therefore each stitch knitted will differ among each piece that is made.
I use various size knitting needles to create my hand knits. The size of knitting needles used will determine the easement of each stitch.
It's best to get your order in a timely fashion because I hand knit on a first come first serve basis in the order I received requests. Therefore allow ample time for your order to be completed. Please convo me to request any orders. Rush orders will done by determining the complexity of the order.
