Announcement    I’ve deactivated most of my listings because I’m in the middle of moving my business to a new location. I will also be switching all of the elastic to full spools in the near future. If you need something let me know!


All orders placed in my shop will ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation except during the extremely busy holidays. Please allow 5 business days for orders placed during Thanksgiving and Christmas. I ship orders Monday through Friday. If your order is placed on Friday it will ship first thing Monday morning. We try to get orders out ASAP so most of the time we can get orders out on the same day.

💕Free Shipping on $35+ Orders💕

The free shipping and basic shipping within United States is sent first class mail with an average delivery time of 3 days to 14 days. Orders over 16 ounces will be shipped USPS Priority mail. For any additional tracking information please call your local post office and give them the tracking number. You can also file a claim (see link at bottom) with USPS to locate your package. Please consider upgrading to priority mail if you need your order quickly.

Any orders shipped internationally are also shipped first class international parcel through United States Postage Service. Delivery time of overseas shipment varies from country to country with average 3-6 weeks. Refunds will not be issued on delayed packages until after the 6 week wait period. Please contact me if you are out of the United States. I will be able to provide a better estimate of shipping costs once you provide a zip code. I also refund any shipping overages.

All orders paid through Etsy will be shipped through the provided Etsy address. If your address is entered incorrectly and it is shipped back, you will need to pay for shipping again to have your order resent.

If you want to add insurance to your package you can either upgrade to priority which includes insurance up to $50, or add insurance at check out for a minimal $1. This insurance does not cover stolen packages. Lost packages will not be refunded or replaced as this is out of our control. If your package is marked as delivered and you can't find it please reach out to your local postal office for assistance. You will need your tracking number. We don't have additional information and USPS can further help you track it down. We can not see or track your package other than what Etsy tracking shows us. If you are looking for direct communication with USPS, if you file a claim they will have a representative call you within a few days. Please note that only insured packages will be able to file a claim.
