TinySheep's Shop Policies
Each handmade item in TinySheep is special. I find my inspiration for my designs in nature's shapes and fuze them with popular styles to create a unique, handmade item. All items are made-to-order, so your item will arrive brand-new!
Each customer is very important to me. Online shopping can be difficult, and one often does not know what to expect. I am happy to answer any questions, so please feel free to send me a message.
I accept custom orders at any time - I am always happy to create with a customer! I also accept requests for an item to be made in a different color or material. These orders are also considered custom orders. All custom orders are subject to a price increase, depending on extra labor and yarn color availability. Please send me a message if you are interested in a custom order so you can receive a price quote.
I accept both Paypal and Direct Checkout payments. You are free to choose whichever you like - I have no preference!

Items will ship within 7-10 days after cleared payment. Your item should arrive between 2-5 business days after shipment if you live in the US, and 7-21 business days if you live outside of the US. All US packages will be issued a USPS tracking number, which will be sent to you in a confirmation email when your package is ready to ship. All packages will be shippied USPS First Class.
If you do not receive your shipment within the time period listed above, please contact me before leaving feedback. Packages can get lost in the mail, but issued tracking numbers help them to be found more easily. I will do anything I can to help find a lost package.
If you would like your package shipped to a location other than your Paypal address, please let me know within two business days after placing your order.
If you would like special expedited shipping, insurance, or any other special shipping instructions, please let me know in a message before you place your order.
***For international shipments, duty/customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All international packages will be marked "merchandise" on all customs forms.***
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item was not what you were expecting, please send me a message before leaving feedback. I am happy to work it out!
Returns are accepted within the first five days after a customer receives the order (which can be confirmed using the USPS tracking number issued for every US package). If you do wish to return an item, please contact me within this time period and I will refund the full amount of the item (not including shipping) AFTER receiving the returned item in the mail. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Tracking on a returned item is recommended. I do not issue refunds without first receiving the returned item. I do not allow exchanges or store credit.
If an order must be cancelled, please inform me as soon as possible. If it is cancelled too late and the order has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost AND return shipping cost. The buyer will be refunded the item's full amount (not including shipping) as long as the package returns unopened.

\If your item is a gift and you would like to include a message to the recipient, please include the name of the recipient and your message in the "Note to TinySheep" box when placing your order.
