Remember When Designs
is dedicated to providing you with beautiful, unique and memorable handmade greeting cards, invitations and accessories. Everyone enjoys getting something special. My handmade greeting cards and invitations will bring a smile to the face of anyone who receives them. Each card is designed with YOU in mind. All of my cards are hand-made so no two cards will be identical. All of my cards are either left blank inside or have a small sentiment, so that you can personalize it just the way you want. Let me help you find the perfect card to send to your loved ones.
Payment
I currently accept PayPal only.
I request that after an item(s) is purchased, payment be made within 3 days.
If you there is an item that you would like to purchase, but know you cannot pay right away, contact me to inquire about reserving that item.
Shipping
I ship US first class mail for small orders and priority flat rate for large orders. I will ship your order within 3 days. I will send you a message through the Etsy conversation feature once I receive your order and payment and let you know when your order will ship. If you would like to add insurance or delivery confirmation to your shipping, please indicate so and I will send you an updated invoice with those charges added.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the unique handmade nature of items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions about an item, please contact me before purchasing.
If, for some reason, you are completely unsatisfied with an item, please contact me immediately upon receiving the item and before leaving feedback. I will see what we can work out, together, to fix the problem.
All items are packaged carefully to insure they arrive to you in the same condition as when they left me. However, once an item leaves my care, I cannot be held responsible if something is lost or broken. I enourage you to add insurance and delivery confirmation if you are ordering something for an important occassion. If something should arrive in an unacceptable condition, once again, please contact me immediately and before leaving feedback.
