TooToo's Shop Policies
Welcome
Bright colors, bold patterns, and keyed instruments rule the school. I repurpose a lot of fabric and use a lot of vintage as well. Cutting things up is good times!
Payment
Paypal and I are total BFFs + Immediate payment is required.
Shipping
For small items (pouches, wallets, etc), i ship via USPS First Class Mail or First Class International. I work two jobs besides trying to manage my shop here on Etsy, so it may take a few days to process, pack, and ship your order. I try and get your items out as fast as i can, and will notify you when your items are on their way.
For heavier items, such as vintage shoes or purses, i ship using USPS Priority Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
For all handmade and vintage items, i do not accept exchanges or returns. While i try to provide as much information and detail about each item, please read all the listed measurements and info to avoid any mishaps.
