Payment
I am currently only accepting PayPal for items purchased from in my shop. The Paypal system works with credit cards and echecks.
Shipping
As we are now into the busy Wedding Season please allow 2 weeks for design and production.
All my wedding guest books and albums can be customized so if you have an idea you'd like to see on your guest book, we will do my best to work with you and accommodate such requests...
{ PROOFS AND PRODUCTION }
Once you place an order, I will send you a proof via email within 3 working days. I only send proofs via email, please confirm within 6 working days of purchase.
One proof ( with the details provided ) is included with your order. Additional proofs and extra design tweaking are $6 each ( change or modify the font, text, colors, etc ) https://www.etsy.com/listing/100831019/design-tweak-basic
Turn-around time is usually affected by how quickly the buyer responds to messages and proof reviews. I will not start until I have confirmation from you that layout and text are correct.
I make an effort to get customer approval however if we don't hear back within 6 working days, I reserve the right to make the determination that it's time to ship the product. I will put projects on hold temporarily if the customer remains in communication, however if I reach out and don't hear back within 5 working days, I will likely ship. All of my products are made to order and for this reason we do not accept returns. I try to accommodate rush orders but I can only make guarantees on a shipment date, not a delivery date.
You are welcome to cancel your order at any time before your order is placed for production...There is a non refundable $6 design tweaking fee, each book is made to order and the customization process is time consuming!
{ DELIVERY }
Your order is SHIPPED FROM EUROPE via Priority Air-Mail delivery, tracking number included. This a speed delivery service, delivery estimate: USA and Canada 3-4 working days, Europe 1-2 working days, Australia, NZ, Singapore, Japan 4-5 working days.
There can be delays due to many different factors such as increased security concerns or extra time needed to clear customs. Because of that, there have been instances of international parcels taking 1-2 weeks to arrive. I can't control any of that and therefore can't take responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any delays in shipping.
When signing for the goods, you are signing to say you received the goods in good condition. It's written this on the delivery note you signed. When signing this, the insurance is no longer available.
CHECK WHAT YOUR SIGNING AND CHECK THE GOODS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION BEFORE SIGNING THAT THEY ARE.
Customs, Duty Tax, and VAT - Your parcel may be subject to customs, duty or VAT tax. It is your responsibility to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually get this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. I will not falsify any information on the customs forms.
I will ship to the address listed on your Etsy order. If your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses are different, I will use the Etsy shipping address. It is your responsibility to make sure all the addresses are correct
I try to accommodate rush orders but I can only make guarantees on a shipment date, not a delivery date.
Please notify me if your order does not arrive within 10 days (USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, Japan, Singapore) or 7 days (EU) so that I may begin to prepare a replacement.
During the busy winter season December - January delivery will take longer so please allow another one week extra for delivery.

- All my products are made from recycled or re-purposed wood and the paper is 100% recycled too!
- Wherever possible I use recycled packaging
- My future goal is to use only solar power energy.
