UK NATIONAL HOLIDAY WARNING AND STORE 4 DAY VACATION: Please note that no items can not be mailed on the following dates, so there will be a few days delay in mail if you purchase during these dates: Saturday June 2nd - Tuesday June 5th (UK Queen's Jubilee celebrations mean all post offices are closed on these dates). STORE VACATION: I am out of town at festival Thursday June 7th - Monday June 11th, so please don't message me or expect anything to get mailed until Tuesday June 12th.

Unique retro, kitsch, rockabilly, psychobilly, punk, pin-up, emo scene, gothic and rock 'n' roll style jewelry, accessories and clothing. All made by me at home in England.

Please don't message me asking any questions until you have read through all this information, as I don't reply to anyone if the answer is already on here. Whatever is on sale is all I have available, so there is no point in asking "how many of these do you have?" or "can I buy lots of these wholesale", etc. as the number available is listed and I do not sell items wholesale. Please check the Sale Items section for discount items. New items are listed every week, so it's worth checking if the item of your choice is sold out, because I often make more of one particular design if it's popular.

This online store was set up for customers in the United States, Canada and Australia, but ALL CURRENCIES ARE ACCEPTED.

Go on Google or Expedia.com currency converter to find out how much an item is in your currency. If you live in Europe, you can save a lot of money buying from here because of the exchange rate.

CHRISTMAS AND OTHER HOLIDAYS MAIL DELAYS MAY OCCUR so please don't message me asking where your item(s) are after just a week, because during periods, the postal service is extremely busy and there are usually delays. This applies to orders anywhere in the world.
International post is from just $4.00 and extra items added to your order are from just 30-50 cents per extra item. Packages are priced by weight and are mailed via International Airmail Small Packet rate. NO TRACKING NUMBERS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS RATE. You will have to pay an extra £5.15 ($8.00 approx.) on top of the regular post cost to receive a tracking number for your package.

Please note that because I live in the UK and most of the customers who buy from here are US residents, it is YOU who takes the risk buying from an international store, therefor I do not give refunds or exchanges otherwise it all costs too much - THINK BEFORE BUYING! Once anything is mailed, it is in the hands of the postal service and nothing to do with me, so I can't be blamed for any breakages of items in the mail or a package not received because it's entirely down to you to want to pay more for a tracking number in order to guarantee tracing an order.

Nobody has ever complained of not receiving anything I've mailed and I want it to stay this positive way. It is extremely rare for anything to be damaged in the mail, as I wrap everything in bubble wrap, but if anything is mis-handled by the postal service, then it's not entitled to any refund.

I NEVER COPY ANYONE ELSE'S IDEAS well, not sure whether there's anyone out there who has stuff similar or makes things similar, but I never copied theirs!

Payment

PayPal only, unless you reside in the UK and I can accept postal orders only as they are cash exchanged, but UK cheques are only accepted unless you're prepared to wait longer for your item(s) because they sometimes take 5 working days to clear.

Shipping

UK items are standard second class, all international post is standard SMALL PACKET RATE OR LARGE LETTER RATE (weight up to 20kg) and DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING NUMBERS (see my profile details for this info.)

TRACKING NUMBERS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN STANDARD INTERNATIONAL MAIL. THIS IS AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $8 (£5.15) ON TOP OF THE LISTING COST, IT'S UP TO BUYERS IF THEY THIS WISH TO PAY THIS EXTRA COST. It's very rare for any items not to arrive at their destination address and so far nobody has wanted to pay this tracking number charge, so it's down to you if you want to be able to trace your package or not. This does NOT make any difference to the speed of the mail process, it's just a tracking number.

My UK eBay is for one-off items over $10/£6 only due to high sellers fees.

UNITED STATES AND REST OF THE WORLD: Packages can take anytime between 4-14 days. A customs sticker is on all packets I mail outside of the European Union. I would check with your post office how much you can spend without having to be charged for overseas shipments. I try to keep prices reasonable so that people don't have to pay extra, but checking before you order is advised.

If anyone has to wait more than 10 days for any order to get mailed, this means I am out of town and I'm obviously unable to mail anything until I get home, so be patient if this is the case. Public holidays can also result in delays with mail.

Please don't message me and ask where your order is after just three weeks, wait at least one month before asking anything, but please be aware that once it's mailed, it's out of my responsibility and in the hands of the post office. Unless you wish to pay the $8 charge for the tracking number with the general mail rate, I can't do anything about tracing packages. Nobody has ever said that they haven't received their orders, so I like it to stay this way and make sure everyone always gets what they buy. If I am in town, I always try and mail things the day they're purchased or the day after.

Make sure you provide a clear mailing address (preferably residential) and be sure that the spelling, numbers, etc. are correct so it gets to the right place.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, no refunds, so be sure when you buy!
I don't have this store to make loads of profit and I don't make much out of it, it's mainly a hobby that I've always enjoyed and it costs a lot in raw materials to produce what's on sale here.
I am not responsible for any items damaged in the mail or mail that does not arrive for any reason, as I make sure all items bought from me are mailed as soon as possible. My post office always makes sure post has the correct stamps and postage payment. I wrap and package everything well enough and none of my items have ever broken in the past. I try and keep the packaging very basic to avoid having to put up the cost of the mail, so it's affordable to everyone. I know a lot of you who buy from me are in school or college, so I don't want to put prices up much more.

Customers are entitled to have a new item sent if the item you have received is damaged, but the broken item must be sent back if you live in the UK or cleary photographed and photos e mailed to me first for proof of damage.
