Frequently asked questions
Proofing
Before giving your approval on a proof, please check for any spelling, grammar, punctuation, and overall graphic design errors. Each order includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available for $5 each. Unused revisions are not available after final approval is given.
When will I receive my first proof?
Your first proof will be sent to you via Etsy Convo usually within 1-2 days, Monday-Friday. Please check the shop announcement to see current turn around times. If you need your order rushed, there will be a $15 rush fee.
How will I receive my final files?
I will deliver your finalized designs to the email address associated with Etsy. If your files are too large to attach, you will receive an email with a link to a Wetransfer to download them.
Watermarks
Final files will be delivered without watermarks.
Multiples and Trim Marks
Please be sure to specify if you’d like to receive a PDF with two or more designs per page. I will not send this format unless you specifically request it. This format will have trim marks for easy and accurate trimming.
How long will you store my files after delivery?
I store approved files for 7 days following delivery. You may request additional revisions for $5 during this time. Files are deleted permanently after seven days. You will need to repurchase the design at full price if revisions are needed after your files have been deleted.
Can you change graphic colors?
Unfortunately, I cannot change the colors of graphics. They were purchased from other designers for use as is.
How should I print my stationery?
I recommend printing at professional print shops, online printers such as VistaPrint.com, and office supply stores.
Most home printers are capable of producing beautiful results at a fraction of the cost.
At this time, I do not offer printing services and will be unable to troubleshoot if you choose to print at home.
Please be sure to order the right format for the method you will be using to print. If you aren’t sure, I’d be happy answer any questions you may have.
PDFS are best for professional printers and printing on purchased presized paper.
JPEGS are best for photo kiosk and photo paper.
Multiple PDFS are best for printing on card stock at home. These require trimming and will include trim marks for easy and accurate trimming.
What fonts did you use to create my design?
It is not common practice to release the names of fonts used to create designs. In most cases, fonts are purchased from font designers. I spend a lot of time sourcing the perfect font for each design and the font becomes the base for the whole design.

Due to the nature of the products in my shop, I am unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible. I will happily work with you to find a resolution.
