Frequently asked questions

Custom and custom orders

The deadlines given for custom items are always maximum deadlines, if you want this time to be reduced, you can contact me before placing an order so that we can see together the date of shipment.

Gift wrapping and packages

When you want to send an item as a gift and attach a small personalized note, remember to leave me a message when ordering, I will attach a small card with your word in the shipment.

Size information

If you have any doubt about the size to order, do not hesitate to contact me to give me the measurements of the baby so that I advise you.If you do not know the baby's measurements (for a gift for example), always take a size above his age.

Care instructions

I advise you to wash the items of the shop always in cycle "delicate linen" because the creations presented are stretchy (knitted slippers and fabric, or headbands) and a soft wash allows to keep all their elasticity and softness. For dark fabric items, remember to do the first washes separately. My fabrics are all washed before sewing but dark cottons can still rub off during the first washes.
