Tulip Layne is my collection of hand crafted clothing and accessories for little girls. I was inspired by my own little Tulip who is growing strong despite her Cerebral Palsy. Tulip comes from a poem by Emily Perl Kingsley title "Welcome to Holland" about the many challenges and unbelievable joys of raising a uniquely abled child.
