TurnupGreen recycles wool sweaters and fabrics into bags, purses, pincushions, hat and mitten sets, birds and more.

I love to take something that others might throw away and turn it into something with a brand new function. My purses are made from repurposed wool sweaters, washed and dried so they become felted. The buttons are vintage or handmade from wood by my husband. My pincushions are constructed from new wool roving hand dyed by fellow Etsians. Each item I make is lovingly created in my little "studio". As I work, I watch the birds outside my window. They are my inspiration, as are the fabrics waiting to become useful.




The purses are hand washable. I would suggest drying them flat. My studio (home) is smoke and pet free.
