Tushies and Tantrums, Inc. was created in 2010 as a way to earn supplemental income for our family. After seven years as an elementary school teacher, I was left extremely stressed and unfulfilled. I left the safety of a secure job because I was sure that God had gifted me in areas that weren't being used and that I could find joy in a job.

My starting goals were very small and I gave myself a year to meet them, but I met them within the first month. I started working out of a spare bedroom in our home, but very quickly grew out of that. We then moved to a small studio in Nashville but could not open it to the public. We now have a shop of our own that is open to the public by appointment. What was once a one man show now involves teams of designers, seamstresses, and woodworkers.

We are so very blessed to be growing the way that we are, and greatly anticipate the successes to come!
