Thank you for visiting Twink Ink Designs. We offer a variety of handmade jewelry to fit any budget. We offer a flat rate shipping of $3.00. Customers living on the Outer Banks can arrange a pickup with no shipping charges, please contact me before purchasing.
Payment
Payment is requested within 2 days after selecting item(s). PayPal is the preferred form of payment.
Shipping
Shipping is to the United States only at this time. I use USPS as my carrier and items ship 2 to 3 days after payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is your satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days to make arrangements. I will gladly refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for shipping the product back.
