I will ship your purchase within 2-3 business days of receiving your Paypal payment.

I ship the packages via CORREOS (The Spanish Mailing Service).

If you purchase is more than 18$ I will use The Registered Mail option. When I ship your package I will provide a tracking number so you can follow your purchase through the mail. If your purchase is less than 18$ and you want to take Registered Mail option, contact me in order to upgrade the shipping by adding 3$ to your total amount.

DELIVERY TIME:
*All packages sent to Spain should arrive 3-6 days after receiving the payment, depending on where you live.
*All packages sent to Europe please allow 6-12 days to arrive at your destination after receiving the payment.
*All packages sent to USA and Everywhere else should arrive at your destination 15-25 days after receiving the payment.


I will ship to the address you provide to Etsy during checkout, unless you specify otherwise. I can also include a note if your purchase is being sent directly as a gift, so if you are interested, please let me know. You can also contact me after making the purchase, but it is best to do it quickly because I ship fairly soon after you order!

INSTRUCTIONS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CRYSTAL PIECES
Each of my pieces is made with beads and combined with other materials like metal complements, felt, Swarovski beads... I take special care in making my pieces so they may be worn as often you like. Due to some bead coatings I highly recommend you not to apply directly any perfumes, make-up, hairspray, etc... as these substances could alter the color and surface of the beads.

As with any other piece of jewelry, too much direct or indirect light or sun can fade the colors away so, I highly recommend that you store your pieces in a dark place in a bag.

In case you would like to clean and polish your beaded piece I highly recommend that you use a small polishing cloth, or a little soft brush to gently take away any dust deposited.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I would love to make you a custom order! If you want to order a custom piece, please send me a convo through Etsy. Please be specific about what you'd like on your custom piece! I want to be able to make exactly what you're looking for. I can also make most of the existing pieces in larger quantities.

PAYMENT FOR CUSTOM PIECES
After we have discussed what you would like, I will give you a price. If you agree, I'll make you the item! I may require a down payment in advance, especially if your order is large or if I have to purchase supplies specifically for your item.

TIME FOR CUSTOM PIECES
If I do not need to order any materials to make your custom piece, it will take a few days to make the item after we have finished discussing how you would like it to look. If I do need to order supplies, it may take a few weeks as I order most of my supplies online and they may take over a week to arrive.
