We are two sisters, living on opposite coasts, combining our love of beads, gemstones and sterling silver to bring our handmade jewelry to UnStrungSisters. Hi, thanks for checking out our store policies, while we are UnStrung we like to keep things simple and straight forward. 100% Customer Satisfaction - we want all our customers to love their purchases - don't hesitate to contact us with a question, comment or suggestion.

Payment

~We proudly accept PayPal. First time user? Here's a great link to help you check out -http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php

~Sales Tax- Any items shipped to Washington State or Virginia will have sales tax added. Sales tax is added during the payment step on PayPal.

Shipping

~ How we ship - We ship via the U.S. Postal Service to the address provided through PayPal, unless otherwise noted. If you would like to ship your purchase to a separate address please let us know through a the conversation feature or in the "Comments to Seller" section during your checkout process. If we see two different names or address we will contact you for the correct information (this may cause a slight delay in mailing).

Your jewelry will be placed a jewelry box and is then shipped in a bubble wrap envelope or box if you made our day by purchasing several items. Every attempt is made to mail your jewelry the next business day. Most of our items ship within 24 hours of your purchase (assuming you paid us:).

~ We are happy to include a gift message with any purchase.

~We ship internationally. It is impossible for us to know all of the customs policies for other countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees levied by their country.

Refunds and Exchanges

~ 100% Customer Satisfaction- Got an issue? Contact us and we'll find a solution to make you happy. (We will not be giving away free jewelry though.)
