I've always been drawn to the beauty of feathers. Perhaps it has something to do with the feeling of nomadic freedom birds can evoke...since I'm somewhat of a nomad myself. (see profile)
For a while now I’ve been designing just for myself, but I kept getting stopped on the street with compliments about the feather headbands I was wearing…and not just passing comments, but stop and rave kind of interactions. It happened so much in fact that I finally decided to start making them to put here on Etsy.
I know there are a few people working with feathers these days, but I decided to go ahead and offer my line because they are a bit different than anything else I’ve seen. My headbands and hairclips are designed to give attention to how they will lay across the head, blend with the hair, and stay in and comfortable all day. I source supplies from reputable sources and use cruelty free feathers!
