All sales are subject to UK Law.
Payment is preferred after checkout, but must be made with in 3 days of purchase.

Shipping
All sales & other promotions exclude shipping costs!
Parcels are usually posted the day after payment (except on Weekends).
To keep costs down parcels will be sent by standard mail. To be covered for losses or damage please request a revised invoice for an insured shipping method before purchasing.
Depending on the price some valuable items may automatically require insurance with sending & this will be displayed in the individual listing.
DELIVERY TIMES
UK orders are usually delivery within 3 to 5 days but in rare occurrence can take up to 2 weeks.
Europe - allow 5 to 10 days depending on the Country.
Rest of The World - allow 7 to 14 days for the delivery of your parcel.
All fee incurred for customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.
UK SHIPPING
Your item will be sent by first class mail. First class recorded post is available for an additional $1.21 (approximately 75 pence.) Please convo me if you would like this option.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your item/s will be sent by regular airmail (usually small packet).
Missing mail is a very very rare occurrence but if you would like to insure your item or require a tracking number please contact me a revised invoice and extra costs before purchasing.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
The shipping costs includes the inner (bubble wrap, box or gift bag etc)& outer packaging used as well as the postage cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read fully the description of the item you are purchasing before buying. Refunds are accepted in certain conditions but buyer must pay the return shipping costs and the item must be in the same new condition as when received.
Items of jewellery such as pierced earrings are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and health reasons.
