Before you begin to look at my photos, please, keep in mind that the images are so much more appealing than they appear on your screen. The colors are more vibrant, the subjects more focused and the all around appearance is so dramatic and amazing. (says the modest photographer...) Now on with the intro.
Thanks for stopping and taking the opportunity to look at the world though my eyes. Here you will find an eclectic selection of subjects. My photos aren't as much about the actual subject but the elements that make up the whole picture. Like the colors, the expression, the action, the background and most importantly, the feelings they evoke when you look at them. Some of my photos are lightly edited while some are more digitally enhanced. You may have noticed that I have written notes below some of the photos, short stories below others and nothing below still others. I guess some pictures inspire me more or bring up certain memories. Or maybe I am just having a mental roadblock that day.
Nearly every one of my prints has companion prints. I am the type of person that likes to have a 'collection' of similar photos. So I always take several shots that are complementary. If there is a print you are interested in and want to know if there are companion shots, just ask. I will also mat your 4x6 or 5x7 prints for an extra $5. Again, just ask and we can set it up.
Just remember, the prints look so much more attractive in person. Your monitor doesn't begin to capture the true allure and style of each photo. You have to see for yourself.
