This is the precise definition for my plush, luxurious hand-embossed velvet. I source only the most superlative velvet available in the USA. The variations of color are visible in the 3-dimensional highlights and shadows, which are beautifully accentuated in the drapes and folds of the fabric, and in the way the light reflects it.
I am meticulous about detail and quality, although I am human and do not produce factory-made-like items. This high standard I set for myself is reflected in my work and I will not sell a piece that I would not want to own.
Velvet is the most difficult fabric I have EVER worked with, but the final outcome is beyond rewarding! This is a genuine labor of love!
Each item is created by my hands, carefully cut, strategically embossed (a long, tedious process) and sewn on my sewing machine. Additional hand sewing is required at times.
