Payment

Payment must be received prior to product shipment.

We accept PayPal as the only payment method.

International customers are responsible for all customs and shipping fees. $1.00 shipping does not apply to international orders.

Shipping

-Your piece(s) will be wrapped in bubble-wrap will be and shipped in a cardboard box to keep your order nice and safe.

-All orders within the U.S. ship through U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation automatically added.

-Shipping is always discounted to $1.00 per item to help keep your costs as low as possible (U.S. only).

-Express shipping and insurance are available by request.

-The item(s) will ship the Tuesday or Friday (which ever comes first) following the receipt of your payment. If time is of the essence, contact me and I will do my best to help.

-All orders ship to the address listed on the Paypal (versus Etsy) receipt.

-We are always happy to ship internationally; however, items shipped internationally are NOT shipped via Priority Mail and cost $5.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you will be fully refunded (with the exception of earrings), minus full shipping and insurance costs. I will only accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and must be mailed USPS with insurance.

Additional Policies and FAQs

BRACELET RESIZING POLICY
-Prior to Shipment: Resizing can require up to an additional 2 days before shipping the bracelet. Please state what size wrist the bracelet must fit and whether you would like it to be the current clasp mentioned in the description or an adjustable one.
-After Shipment: Actual resizing of the bracelet is free; however the customer will be responsible for shipping the bracelet back to me and for my shipping cost to send the bracelet back (approx. $6.50).
