If you would like to customize your item beyond what is specified in the listing, there is a small charge. If you would like to add a name, age or any other text, the charge is $2. (this doesn't apply to the listings that are already set up as customizable listings) We don't charge to change up the colors.
If you would like to have us make a brand new design to your specifications, and out of the thinnest of air, there will be a charge for our time. For most work, the charge will be $10 above list price. If the work is extensive, I will let you know ahead of time what the charge would be. I will do up to 3 mock ups for the $10. Message me with any requests. We can make almost anything you want, so bring it on. We love custom!

>>We try our best to get everything out within 2-5 business days. Most of the time, it is quicker than that but just to be safe, plan on 2-5. If you're in a hurry to get your item, we can add a rush fee and get your item(s) out pronto. If you are interested in Priority shipping ($3) let us know, as it is not included. We have tracking numbers on all of our products, but typically do not send them out unless requested. Just let us know if you would like your tracking number and we'll send it to you.
