Gift wrapping and packaging
Whenever possible our items will be packed in a nice presentable manner. For some items, especially those that are odd sized, this might not be possible. If you want to make sure how your purchase will be packed, please contact us.
When we are shipping our items – which in most cases are rare and fragile objects, - our objective is first of all to ensure that you receive the item in good order and undamaged. Therefore our main focus is to ensure that we pack the items safely, to avoid any damage during shipping.
How long it takes the order to be shipped?
Normally we process and ship the orders within not more than 3 business days. Should you have some special requests, please let us know at the time of the order and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
What is vintage?
Vintage refers to items that are typically at least 20 to 100 years old and represent a certain era in the past. These items are valued for their craftsmanship, unique design, and cultural significance. As our items are vintage, it's natural for them to show signs of wear consistent with their age. We strive to depict and describe each item with the utmost accuracy and detail based on our knowledge and experience. We also ensure that our photos capture as much detail as possible.
How can I return an item?
VintageArtAndCraft fully guarantees your satisfaction with each and every purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We want our clients to be happy. Should you wish to return your purchase, you can return the item within 14 calendar days after you have received it. BEFORE you return it, please contact us. The item should be returned in its original condition and packed safely. After we have received the item in good order we will refund you the price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
