Payment

Once payments are processed items are shipped accordingly.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. WI residents will be charged applicable sales taxes. Once payment transaction has been processed item(s) are shipped within 24-48 hours of transaction completion date. Please allow 4-7 business days for shipment


International Shipping:

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Once payment transactions have been processed, item(s) are shipped within 24-48 hours of transaction completion date. Please allow 2-3 wks for international shipments


We will not be responsible for return postage or returned packages that do not reach us. Please make sure you retain proof of postage sent via tracking number or confirmation number. We will not be responsible for any customs duties or fees, and will mark international packages appropriately according to their contents.

Refunds and Exchanges

All Vintage items are sold AS IS. We make reference to any notible flaws or color variation for all vintage items for sale on the site. Sale items are final sale.

Please contact within 3 days of original delivery confirmation.
• All items must be in original condition.
• Refund(s) will be processed after item(s) have been returned and are in original condition, less any shipping and handling charges and less a 15% restocking fee.


After 14 days of the original delivery confirmation date, sales are final, no return(s) accepted


Exchanges:

• Please contact customer service within 3 days of the original delivery confirmation date.
• Exchanges can be made at no cost to the client (except for the shipping charge client would incur sending original item back).
• Once item(s) are received exchanges can be made for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value.


After 14 days of the original delivery confirmation date, sales are final, no exchange(s) accepted.

Wholesale/discounts;

Wholesale discount 30%
Minimum six (6) items

Wholesale customers must purchase at minimum of six pieces to recieve wholesale discount prices.


Out of Stock:

If your item is out of stock please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery as our products are handmade. International customers please allow 4-6 weeks delivery.


Vintage Condition rating chart:

Mint/Perfect: Like New

Excellent: No noted flaws

Very Good: A noted flaw that does not compromise item. Wearable as purchased

Good: noted minor flaws. Wearable

Fair: Numerous flaws, wearable only with repairs


Vintage measurements:

Remember vintage sizes differ from modern sizes. The items will be measured to record modern size equivalent in description for each vintage clothing item
