***I ship my items from 1-3 working days of purchase. I send tracking info to you, and also am checking constantly. MOST items seem to ship on time, but lately, there are some that arrive later than expected. (It can be frustrating, and I try to show the post office some grace.) ***Also, please note...Etsy adds a sales tax on some orders, and that is out of our control. The amount depends upon your state.

On most items, I will use USPS Priority Mail (***subject to change if it becomes too costly). ***Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional fee. (Convo me for the price difference quote please). Also, I will combine shipping on multiple items. Let me know first before you purchase the items, and I will give the the new shipping total in a message back to you. If you choose to purchase the items, I will set up a different transaction for you. :) If the shipping price has an overage of $5 or more, will reimburse a percent of the cost. 💗 Thank you for remembering shipping costs come out of the pockets of individual Etsy shops. We must pay for boxes, envelopes, packaging, tape, and shipping costs. If ONLY we could always do FREE shipping. :-/ 💗 And…Sorry, I do NOT ship internationally.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, HOWEVER, if you have any problems with your order, please contact me. I want you to be a satisfied customer. I pack my items with extreme care...treating them as if they were my babies. Please note that when I say an item is in "good vintage condition", it means it may have small nicks, crackling, or wearing that come with aging of vintage items. I try to look over my merchandise closely and disclose significant cracks or chips, but occasionally they can be missed. Still, if you are not satisfied, I will give a refund, but you will need to provide the shipping back to me. Also, I take extreme measures to clean and disinfect merchandise before I list anything. My home is smoke free, pet free and I have high standards of cleaning. 🤗
