Why the name, you ask? I have been an enthusiastic collector for decades,enjoying nothing more than the thrill of unearthing a new vintage "find"! Of course, there is a limit to how much I can reasonably keep in my small apartment (!!!), thus the ”in-a-pickle” dilemma. Plus, it was a funny nom-de-plume so of course I gravitated towards it!
I am partial to whimsical old objects that make me laugh, fabulous bits and pieces of antique trim and hardware that I never quite got around to using (isn’t that ALWAYS the case?), vintage clothing, jewelry, books, home decor, any great old design and of course, ephemera: old photos, books, artwork, vintage patterns, greeting cards and old advertising.
