VinylFrontier's Shop Policies
Hello! Thanks for stopping by our shop. Vinyl Frontier is run by Nicole Vasbinder & Vince Pacheco in Petaluma, CA. We are huge thrift shoppers and have been collecting records for ages. We have tons framed on the walls of our home but we couldn't stop buying more!
Each of our products is made from an old record that was either found in a thrift or was rescued from someone's garage. We NEVER destroy playable records! Those we keep for ourselves. Instead, we take the warped, scratched and damaged ones and turn them into something new!
All payment is through PayPal.
We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping and handling is calculated in the shopping cart based on your order total as outlined below. Prices reflect USPS postal rates, confirmation services, packaging, Esty fees and PayPal fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise. Items may not be returned or exchanged due to shelf or ring wear. You must arrange for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase by emailing vinylfrontiershop [!at] gmail.com, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Do not return an item until you have contacted us and have received instructions. Include your invoice with any returns so we can contact you with any potential questions.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Vinyl Frontier, and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed when item is received by us. You are responsible for proof of delivery, such as USPS Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
