We are a curiously creative duo dedicated to making beautiful things. Although easily distracted by blinking lights and tiny dogs we are focused and passionate about what we do, so please peruse our things and feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have. We currently only accept PayPal.

We will always make sure to post your items in a timely manner during the holiday period to make sure you get your items on time, but please allow 1-2 business days for us to post your order.

Standard Post Information:
We post first class to the UK and airmail internationally from Monday to Friday. Our products come nicely wrapped in either a hardback or bubble wrap envelope to make sure your product arrives safe and sound.
-- Domestic Shipping --
Within the UK we will ship using Royal Mail First Class. This will take around 2-3 working days. If you require Recorded Delivery (Signed For) please email us and we can source the extra cost.
-- International Shipping --
Outside the UK we will ship using Royal Mail's Airmail service. If you require Recorded Delivery for tracking, please contact us and we can source the extra cost. International shipping will take longer than domestic shipping depending on the location. This can take up to 2-3 weeks, but usually takes around 10 working days.
Please be patient during public and bank holidays as our post office is closed. When this happens we will ensure you are notified once your item has been popped in the mail as we know waiting is frustrating!

We will ship to your PayPal address, so please make sure your information is accurate. It would help us to match your PayPal address with your Etsy address so we can be sure your items are being shipped to the correct address.
If you would like your package to be delivered to an alternative address, please contact us upon purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your product as soon as possible.
We can provide a full refund to you within 7 days of purchase provided the item(s) is/are in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Please be aware that you are responsible for any shipping and handling fees for the return of your item(s). We recommend sending via recorded delivery to ensure the item(s) does not go missing in the post. Unfortunately we cannot refund missing item(s).
Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the item(s). Any refund amount is on the actual item and not the shipping.
If you used your PayPal balance or bank account for the order, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account balance.
If you used your credit or debit card for your order, the money will be refunded to your card. This may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement.
The refund will be credited to the sender in the currency of the original payment, using the same conversion rate used for the original payment.
