Welcome
Our goal here at Wacky Cookies is to make YOU or your gift recipient HAPPY, therefore you have our iron clad promise that we will always bake your cookies or cake fresh to order.
WE will process your order within 24 hours of receipt.
Your cookies are always baked and shipped fresh within 7 business days of your order. Please see our Shop announcement for current baking calendar.
We will take the greatest care in packaging your goods in order to ensure they arrive fresh and beautiful, and of course in the best condition.
WE painstakingly wrap each one of our delicious creations in bubble wrap, before we insert them in your gorgeous gift box. We also wrap the gift box in more bubble wrap to ensure that your delicious investment is protected.
WE also guarantee that you WILL receive your product in a timely manner, if we have discussed a specific date and will give you a FULL REFUND if we do not meet our deadline . What good are cookies or cakes to you if you should order them for an event and they do not arrive on time.. It just makes sense.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal and gift certificates( good for 6 months from date of issue). Our preferred method of payment is PayPal.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. Our processing is usually pretty quick, as we want to get your order out to you as soon as possible .
For orders made far in advance a case by case will be considered and we will stipulate the terms on that.
Shipping
Currently, we bake Thursdays and Fridays, and your orders are shipped out on Monday and Tuesday. Please allow 3-4 business days from the time they ship to arrive.

Order Wednesday____Ships on Following Tuesday
Order Thursday______Ships on Following Tuesday
Order Friday------------Ships on Following Tuesday or Wednesday

If you need your cookies by a specific date, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
When your order is placed , please make sure to note any special needs, colors , customization request or any information you think we may need to create your cookies.
Our standard method of shipping to ensure freshness is Priority Mail. It normally takes 3-4 business days from the time we ship your order to you.
If you would like overnight shipping, please let us know and we will set up a special listing for you as that requires additional postage.
Although we take TREMENDOUS care in packaging your cookies, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive intact 100% of the time. The USPS normally does a really great job, but unfortunately things DO happen once in a while and breakage can occur.
If you would like to insure your investment, we suggest that you choose the insurance option which guarantees you a FULL refund of the purchase price, should a loss occur due to damage.
Please note the following- Although USPS Priority mail is a form of expedited shipping, it is NOT a guaranteed service. We will let you know the date that we will ship your cookies.
We always try to allow ample time for your cookies to arrive on time for your event, however if you choose to have them delivered via Priority mail, you acknowledge that this is NOT guaranteed service and any delays on the part of the post office is completely out of our control and needs to be handled directly with them.
We do not issue refunds for cookies that are late due to the Post office.

We GUARANTEE the quality of our cookies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right for you.. PERIOD! We appreciate your business and want you to be happy.
