I’m very sorry that you experienced rare USPS extreme delay in delivery. We both watched the tracking and it was just “lost” for over 3 weeks in a city close to you. I filed lost mail report with them, but that’s all I could do. Luckily it finally arrived. I’m glad you like the garland though.
