In short, I turned 30 (now 35) and found my creative side! I LOVE making jewelry and ceramic beads. My style tends towards simplistic....with the knowledge that simple can be absolutely beautiful.

Payment

Immediate payment is expected, except in cases that require a revised invoice be sent.

PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax through PayPal.

Shipping

SHIPPING
All orders shipped in 2-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping will be through the most economical means (most likely First Class International). You pay $3.50.

If you need it faster, please send me a convo ahead of time and I will set up expedited shipping - as additional costs will apply.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS
Return will be considered on a case by case basis. (This simply means that I will work with you personally to come to an acceptable agreement) If a product is defective, returns are usually accepted with the return of the product. The shipping expense would be covered by the sender. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

For ceramic bands......Bands are particularly difficult to fit. If the ring you ordered does not fit properly, you may exchange it. Please convo me for details.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I enjoy the thrill of working with customers on custom orders. Please convo me if you'd like to discuss a custom order! Custom orders can take 6-8 weeks. In some cases, a non-refundable deposit will be required.
