Thank you so much for stopping by! We strive to make all of our creations unique. All of the items in our shop are artificial. Most of them are already made and ready to ship. I ship all of our items in sturdy boxes that can be used for storage later.
If you would like to ship a wreath as a gift, please let me know. I will ship the wreath for you and include an enclosure card with your personal message.
***Please note: I photograph each and every one of our creations. Most of the time (a few of our items are made to order), the item that you see in the listing photos, will be the exact item that you receive. When viewing our creations on your computer, each item may vary slightly in color depending on the brand of your computer monitor and/or computer settings.
If you have a Custom Order, please allow approximately two weeks for the order to be completed.
We usually use UPS and USPS for shipping. Most items go out very quickly. Shipping notifications will be provided.
If your item is damaged during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier.
Please contact me if you are upset about the transaction in any way. Customer service is our #1 goal and we appreciate great feedback.
If the carrier, after making several delivery attempts, is holding the package at their facility, and the buyer fails to pick up the package, the buyer is responsible for any extra delivery fees incurred for the item(s) being returned to seller.
Please remember: If you are displaying your wreath outdoors, make sure it is under a covered area to protect it from the direct sunlight, moisture and any other outdoor elements.
