My pictures are taken closeup on a macro setting, and will appear larger than life. Color may vary depending on your monitor settings and lighting. Please check the listing for item size, and convo/email me if you have any questions.

Most of my necklaces are sold as complete pieces where the pendants are permanently attached to the chain. If you want the option to remove the pendant from the chain, please let me know in advance so I can change the necklace.

I offer jewelry at various price levels. Please be aware that the items in the lower price categories have those lower prices because they may be made with plated components/chains and lower quality gemstones. You can always contact me to upgrade your item with higher quality metal options and better quality gemstones. Please do not purchase a Hyundai and expect a Ferrari.

All jewelry pieces can be adapted to your wishes but you need to contact me BEFORE purchase. Leaving requests in the 'note to seller' box during checkout is not an option unless mentioned and required for the listing.

I offer jewelry in various price ranges which means, the gemstones I use are of different qualities.
For most listings, I use good quality stones, but since these are natural stones, they may have inclusions, and small nicks and chips on the outside or back of item. Please do not look at these 'imperfections' as faults or damage. These are signs of natural stones.

I also offer jewelry with superior, selected gemstones. These items are more expensive as I can only use a small selection of expensive gemstones for this. If you are looking for these quality gemstones, please contact me. I will be able to custom make your item. Sometimes I have them listed as well and will point out the special quality.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Initial postage costs are non-refundable. For free shipping orders (within Australia), returns will incur and $6 restocking fee, covering my initial postage costs and part of the Etsy fees.
