USPS shipping rates increased recently, so unfortunately, I have to adjust my shipping prices accordingly. Local customers are refunded shipping overage, since Etsy is one size fits all shipping for all USA. Also, the batik fabrics have significantly increased due to the shortage of cotton in China. But I have found some wonderful local batik artists that I will be working with to create new made in the USA batik items.
