SHIPPING:
Each item (unless a custom order) is usually shipped out within a week of payment. After they ship, our goodies almost always arrive at their destination in 2-5 days. All items are shipped First Class via USPS. **All international & overseas orders are shipped First Class and should arrive in 5-9 days.
Refunds and Exchanges
EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
If for any reason you would like to exchange a product you have purchased, we would be more than happy to do that for you. Just send us back your product and we will send you a replacement of your choice.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Each item is lovingly made by hand with great attention to detail. However, if for any reason our products break or fail you in any way within 60 days of purchase, we will be more than happy to replace it for you or give you store credit equal to the amount of the product. ENVIRONMENTALLY AWARE:
We are striving to be more friendly to our environment to help preserve it for all future generations to enjoy. To reduce waste, we have changed our packing. Packaging of individual items purchased is now done with materials that can be reused or recycled. We are very proud to offer this new, yet still cute, way of packing our hand-made goodies.

SAFETY INFO:
All our products are packaged with instructions and safety information. Please read all warnings on the packaging. Please watch your little ones around all products that have small parts to prevent choking.
Once an item is purchased, the buyer assumes all responsibility. Check products regularly for signs of wear and discontinue use if broken. We want all children using our products to be safe!

PACKAGING:
All of our goodies here at Whimsical Dragonfly are nicely packaged and ready for gift giving. All labels and packaging is done completely by hand by me. All products have safety information included if it is needed.
All items purchased wholesale will be packaged with a label, instructions and safety information in clear polypropylene bags with a hang hole. This packaging is very professional looking and ready for store display.

BRANDING:
Here at Whimsical Dragonfly we believe in and rely on word of mouth from happy, satisfied customers to promote our product. Because of that, there is NO obvious branding on any of our items.

WHIMSICLIP™ WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
All WhimsiClips™ are washable. I made them that way because I know from experience how dingy they can get with baby chewing on them all the time.
*For the ribbon clips, I recommend hand washing them. You can rub them with soap and a cloth (or between your fingers) and rinse them under running water. Lay them flat to dry (it won't take long). Please dry metal clip well to prevent any rusting that may occur.
*For the flannel clips, you can hand wash them or machine wash them. It is completely up to you. I personally recommend throwing them in the wash on gently cycle. Lay your WhimsiClip™ flat to dry after washing. (You could probably speed things up with a hair dryer if you want).
