Welcome
Welcome to The Whistling Goldfish! An original and geek goods store. I hope you find something that you'll enjoy as much as I probably had making it.
Above all, I will try to be fair both in price and in policy. However I must protect my rights as well.
All store policies are subject to change.
Please bear with me, this is my first time selling anything I've created myself.
Payment
I accept money orders and pay pal as payment methods.
If you'll be sending a money order please send it to me within a business week. Or contact me if you have trouble.
A confirmation of when you sent it would be nice, so I'll know when to expect it.
If you believe you've made a mistake and should need to cancle your order you will have 24 hours to do so after I've already recieved your payment. Any more than that and I may have already sent your order out! D:
So, be sure to contact me as soon as possible, if you're having any regrets.
Shipping
I will ship most orders within 2-4 business days after I receive payment, and after your 24 hour grace period. After I send it out, I'll be sure to send you a convo letting you know.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not allow full refunds for any reason. Make sure you read the description very carefully to insure you know exactly what you are buying.
However, if an item comes to you broken, you may send it back for repairs or I will make a replica of the same item, if at all possible. You must, however send the item back to me in order for it to be replaced. I will not replace lost or stolen items.
Ok, let's get hypothetical here...
Let's say you buy something from my store, and not but a few days later, the same item shows up in a different color. A color you might have preferred. Within 30 days, I will allow you to return merchandise to me in exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. (Not limited to color)
Additional Policies and FAQs
See something you like, but don't see a color that suits your fancy? Send me a convo and we'll see about a custom order. Custom colors and other custom items, depending on their availability, may vary in price. But we can even out the details later. ;D
All items come from a smoke free home.
If you have any questions at all, please be sure to send me a convo, and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
