I purchased this item on June 28th. On August 8th, I sent the seller an email asking the status of the shipping. After receiving no response, I filed a case with Etsy. As of the writing of this review, I have not received the item and have not received a response from the seller.

Ordered and paid for the item 11 days ago. It still has not shipped!! nTell me what to do.

I love the doorstop! I've had a terrible time with this door - it's an 80-year old office building. So not only does the door drift shut on its own, it's too high off the ground for a normal doorstop from the hardware store. This doorstop is STRONG - and beautiful! I love the brand on the bottom, which indicates that it was made in St. Louis (yea, local!). And it perfectly blends in with the hardwood floor in my office. Thanks, Cora!

Arrived just before Christmas in good shape! Great present idea for a new home! I wish the engraving was by branded stencils instead of by hand and I wish I had asked to have the engraving on the top of the doorstop instead of the side so when it's sitting on the floor they can see the engraving.
