Welcome to my Etsy shop featuring hand made costumes and accessories!
I've been costuming since 2004 and over that time I have found the need to have quality and long lasting cosplay accessories. All my accessories are casted out of hard sturdy plastic, NEVER clay. I can assure you that you will get long lasting wears out of every accessory! Everything listed in this shop is made soley by me. I aim to get your order out before the 7-10 business day (Mon-Fri) working time deadline, but I'm a one woman show running this as part time job in the evenings after my other full time job, so please bear with me.
My goal is make quality costume accessories and make it my top priority to make sure every customer is happy. Please always contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback, as you will find I'm pretty easy to work with and the results are usually best for both parties in the end.

Payment
+ PayPal is my most preferred way of payment.
+ If you wish to pay by Credit card or debit please select PayPal during checkout.
+ I do accept money orders, but only if it is necessary.

Shipping
All items take 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) processing and handling time. Please take this into account when ordering.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
I will ship your order to the address you specify on the ETSY order, so please be sure that your PayPal address matches. THANK YOU ahead of time!
Domestic
+ Shipping within the USA will be USPS First Class Mail, Priority Shipping is available for $6. A tracking number will be provided if you want Priority Shipping and will be sent to you via e-mail once it has shipped.
+ Expedited shipping is available upon request for an extra charge. Please contact if you need this service.
+ Insurance and/or delivery conformation is available upon request and at an extra charge. Please contact me for further information.
+ Item does not ship until payment clears!
International
+ Shipping will be through USPS via First Class International Mail.
+ There are no upgrades available for International Orders.
+ Any Customs fees are the buyers responsibility.
PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date
International: 45 days past shipping date
If the set time listed above has passed and you still have not received your order, please convo me to resolve.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds
+ Only available if item is damaged during shipping. Refund will be given once the damaged product has been returned and recieved.
+ If an item is to be refunded, I'll cover postage fees only if you ship first class thru USPS. If you ship over night, priority, UPS, DHL, or any other method I will no cover return shipping.
Exchanges
+ If item is damaged during shipping I'll be happy to exchange it for another. I'll cover postage fees only if you ship first class through USPS and only if the item is damaged. If you ship over night, priority, UPS, DHL, or any other method I will no cover return shipping.
+ If you are un-happy with item you can exchange it with something else if you so wish, but I will NOT cover return shipping.
