My sewing roots go back at least to my great-great grandmother. I love to sew, and I especially enjoy quilting. When I am not sewing, I am collecting what other needleworkers have crafted, and some of those items, you'll see in my shop. Because I often purchase these vintage embroidered, cross-stitched, or crocheted items from thrift stores or estate sales, I do not know the original needleworker, but I imagine there is a story behind each handmade item. What a priviledge we have to "adopt" these treasures and become part of their story.
