Thank you for stopping by my shop! Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the items in my shop, or any of my shop policies. I want every customer to be happy with her/his order!

Winterberry Jewelry accepts Paypal, personal checks, credit cards, and money orders. If you are paying by personal check or money order, the items will be sent following clearance of the check by my bank. Please send me a note if you use check or money order, indicating when you sent the money.
CREDIT CARDS WELCOME... You can check out directly with your credit card, or use Paypal with your credit card. Both methods work for most people.
International customers: I am sorry but I do not accept personal checks or money orders from banks outside the USA. Please use Paypal or credit card. Please note that the buyer (you) are responsible for any customs fees charged by your country. I do not pay these fees. The full value of the item will be displayed on the package. Marking it as a gift will not help you avoid customs fees, in most cases.
By default, I ship first class mail both domestically and internationally. Mail from Oregon to the other US States takes 3-7 days. International mail takes from 1 - 4 weeks, depending on the country and customs. I've had orders arrive abroad in less than a week on many occasions. Note: Some countries such as Italy and Brazil will see much slower delivery times, from 30-60 days. Mail delivery times slow CONSIDERABLY during the holiday season. Please keep that in mind.
If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express mail, read the following information. You can either do so by purchasing my Priority Mail or Express Mail upgrades, by requesting a revised listing so that the proper mail service is included in the listing, or if you have already purchased the item, you can request a Paypal invoice to cover the additional costs.
Priority Mail Shipping:
Within the USA priority mail is $5 In Canada, it is $20. For other countries, Priority Mail is $25. You can purchase the mail upgrade here:
Express Mail Shipping:
Within the USA, Express mail is $18. It is against postal regulations to send jewelry via Express Mail international, so I am afraid this service is not available for purchases made from outside the USA. You can purchase the Express mail upgrade here:
My shipping costs include cost of packaging materials, insurance, and the postage.
Ordering as a gift? Or shipping to an address other than your Paypal address? Let me know so I can make sure the item goes to the correct address.
I no longer include a copy of the receipt in with the packages. If you would like a hard copy, you can print one out from the Purchases section of your etsy account. If you would like a copy included with your order, let me know. If your country's customs laws require a copy of the receipt, PLEASE let me know this ahead of time.
If you purchase from my other shops, cuteandfun.etsy.com or rowanoliviajewelry.etsy.com at the same time as you purchase from this shop, I will combine the shipping costs and refund any additional shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me right away and let me know what the problem is. Please do so prior to leaving feedback, as once feedback is left its cannot be undone.
I will repair/exchange items that were damaged in transit. Please contact me, and send the item back. Exchanges will be issued only following receipt of the item.
If a package is lost in transit, I will send another, following inquiry with the post office. All packages have tracking.
All items are inspected prior to shipping, since they are hand made. However, sometimes things break. In the unlikely chance that something breaks while you are wearing it, I am happy to repair it. Just send the item back to me and I'll fix it and return it to you at no cost. Please consider using delivery confirmation and/or insurance, as I cannot replace or repair items that were lost in transit.
Returns for other reasons: If you are unhappy with your purchase or my service, please let me know right away! I'll do everything in my power to make it right. If you decide you would like to return your purchase, for any reason, do it within 14 days of receipt of your order and I will refund your full purchase price. Generally shipping is not refundable. Please return the item, unworn, in original packaging (box, gift bag). I cannot issue refunds for items not received, so you may wish to insure the package and use Delivery Confirmation services. Custom (personalized) orders may not be returnable -- please contact me for details.

GIFT WRAPPING: Every order comes in a pretty burgundy organza pouch, inside a gift box (either white or shiny gold). Sending direct to a gift recipient? Let me know and I'll include a note for you on a handmade gift card, and will not include the receipt. Let me know what you want printed on the note.
