The Wooden Fingerprints Concept
Most places make batches of identical items. This process saves oodles of time; yet I don't use it. Instead, each piece is crafted individually. I always change the dimensions a bit to suit myself and the materials available, and often the species of wood used. I strive for the most pleasing appearance without compromising the functional integrity. I have never made and will never make two identical items. Just as no two fingerprints are exactly the same, neither are two wooden fingerprints.
