I have been a video game fan for as long as I can remember. The Atari 2600 was my first gaming system and it still delivers quality fun and excitement today. The Atari is truly a thing of beauty. They are built tough, sturdy, and appealing. These consoles were often centerpieces of living rooms and they certainly reflect the the style of the era. The wood grain and metal switches remind us of a time when things were built to last. What I like most about Atari is that you use your imagination when playing it. Modern games are fun too but Atari will always have a place in my heart and my living room.
