Wooleys' Shop Policies
At this point I only accept Paypal.
I ship with USPS, First Class, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail. I drop off orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However I do ship Saturday on special request if you need an order by a specific date.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase I give 100% returns on two conditions:
1. The item is returned in it's original state (original packaging with item specifics can be removed, but please put it with the item when you ship back)
2. Buyer pays for return shipping
And if you are unsatisfied I will do everything in my power to create a satisfactory product for you.
Additional Policies and FAQs
For custom items over $55 I require half the item's fee, non-refundable, upfront and then the second half before shipping. I apologize for any inconvenience, but problems in the past have made this a necessary evil.
Also for reserve listings, I will message you as soon as they go up and I will keep them up for you for 7 days. If there is no contact or purchase in those 7 days I will open the listing to the public.
