Welcome to Wrapped to Perfection! I hope you enjoy browsing through my shop. All items are handmade or created by me, and most are one-of-a-kind (OOAK). I'm friendly, so if you have a question, just send a convo! Please remember that custom orders will require additional time, are non-refundable and must be prepaid.

I accept payment via PayPal and credit card. PayPal is a safe and easy way to make purchases! PayPal accepts all major credit cards, echecks (10-day waiting period for check to clear), or you can withdraw the funds directly from your account.
Custom work will not be started until payment is received and will be completed as soon as possible. Please allow sufficient time (at least 1 week) when you place your order. Custom orders are not refundable.

Prompt payment is always appreciated. Other than items on Layaway (see below) or other arrangements made via convo, sales will be canceled if payment is not received within 3 days.

LAYAWAY AVAILABLE ON PURCHASES OVER $100 -
How it works... I will remove the item(s) from my shop and create payments for you over 3 months in the amounts we agree on... for example, if a purchase total is $220, I will set up 3 payment installments of $100, $60, and $60 for a total payment of $220.
Once we've agreed on a layaway schedule (typically 3 installments), I will remove the item(s) from my shop and I will set up a "Layaway 1" listing with your Etsy name for you to make your first payment.
The remaining payments must be completed within 90 days of the initial payment and you can pay them whenever you'd like within the 90-day period. Simply click on your "Layaway 2" and "Layaway 3" listings to make the payments.
If you would like more than 3 installment payments, please let me know what you are comfortable with, and I will divide the amount of your purchase into that number of installments. When payment is complete, I will ship your purchase.
A RESERVED listing will be held for 5 days unless you have made other arrangements with me.
Regretfully, I cannot be responsible for uninsured items that are lost in transit or stolen. Please let me know BEFORE CHECKING OUT if you wish INSURANCE on your purchase so I can change the postage amount on the listing. Please read Refund Policy below regarding purchases that are lost in the mail.
I ship to PayPal confirmed addresses, via USPS First Class Mail, with USPS Tracking, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Expedited shipping requires extra cost.
I will add insurance to your shipping upon request. If you wish to have your order insured, please let me know so I can advise you of the additional cost.
I will ship internationally upon request. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. Any fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.
All jewelry comes in a jewelry box with a decorative label, tied with ribbon. Purchases will be shipped in padded envelopes or in boxes.
I strongly recommend purchasing PayPal's buyer protection insurance for your order. I do not re-ship or refund orders that are shown as delivered using the Post Office "USPS Tracking" program.
Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not pleased with your purchase*, I am happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs) provided the item is RETURNED in its original unused, pre-shipped condition, packed as originally shipped and postmarked for return WITHIN 3 DAYS (this includes weekend days). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be made via the method of payment upon receipt and examination of the returned item.
If there is a problem with an order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we will work something out. Please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback so we can work on a resolution.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Almost all of my photographs are taken in natural light. Every effort is made to take accurate photos to show the size and color of my listings... please keep in mind that colors vary from monitor to monitor.
Please be aware that my company logo appears on all printed items (note cards, stationery, stationery boxes and greeting cards).
