WrensEye's Shop Policies

Welcome

All items from WrensEye ArtWorks are handmade by me. I enjoy working with a multitude of different mediums so you will see many different items on my site.
Making things is my passion. If others like what I make I am thrilled, but it is creating that gives me the most joy.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. PayPal is highly appreciated but I will accept personal checks and money orders if you prefer. When paying by a personal check please add 2-3 days to the shipping schedule for the check to clear your bank. I will ship your item as soon as it has cleared.
Please make sure you paypal address is up to date to ensure that your items reaches the proper location.

Shipping

~Shipping will be by USPS unless otherwise arranged.

~I will ship internationally. Contact me for rates if you are interested in something.

~Items will be shipped using recycled packaging when possible.

~Items will ship your within 48 hours of receiving payment. (Usually next day)

~Insurance is optional. Please convo me if you wish to include this option.

Refunds and Exchanges

My wish is for you to love the item you purchased. If for some reason you are unhappy with it once you have received it or if there has been damage to the item during shipping, please contact me so that we can make arrangements for your satisfaction.
I do accept returns and will offer a full refund upon receiving the item but I do not accept returns beyond 7 days of the buyer receiving the item.
