Items will be shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation in the US. If you would like additional services other than those offered in my shop (such as signature on delivery or Express shipping), please contact me and I will make a reserved listing for you with the adjusted total. Please note-- I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail, I highly recommend purchasing insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there are any problems with your order, please email me so we can work it out. I appreciate your business and want nothing less than to make you happy! I do not offer refunds on items that are "not liked", but I will definitely exchange an item if you'd prefer something else. Refunds and exchanges will never include shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for shipping on all items mailed back to myself and mailed from me.
