YarnCakes's Shop Announcement

I am in the process of re-stocking the shop. Please come back in a few weeks (Mid Dec) and see what is happening.

I'm a bit of a scatter-brain really.

Some days I dye yarn.

Some days I spin yarn.

Some days I knit yarn, and some days I weave yarn.

I've even written a few knitting patterns that have been really popular.

I guess that's why I have this shop - so I can share my creations as and when the mood takes me.

I love dying up deep saturated colours in my yarns - once I start I wonder why I even stop. It's really satisfying to see the colours bloom in front of your eyes.

I use lovely soft yarns - yarns that I would create something with. Nothing scratchy or harsh.
