Yes Ma’am Sweets From The Kitchen is a home based mini bakery, ran by me, Patlei. You can shop my sweets her online. I make detailed custom edible cupcake and cake toppers for you and your guest to enjoy and I also make paper made cupcake wrappers and a few paper goods. I enjoy the intricate details that go into making a piece of art. I especially love it when that piece of art is delicious in every bit. My work is hand crafted and designed to fit anyone's party theme, whether your having your kids birthday party, a wedding, a baby shower, or just a holiday event. My cupcake and cake toppers are perfectly detailed just for you. You can also make a specialty order to fit your event ideas. Please do not be afraid to contact me about an idea you have.
Who I am: I graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Visual Communication, majoring in Photography and Graphic Design. So of course I did like any other person would do, I started a mini bakery out of my home. I still design and take photos, but its baking and decorating sweets that make my world go round.

Payment
*Acceptable payments are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Dicover, and American Express.
Money Orders are accepted under special circumstances, contact for info. eChecks are accepted, but take at least a week to be approved through Paypal.
*Payment must be received no later then 3 days after order placed.
*If your payment is not received w/in 3 days of order place your order may be delayed in shipping.
*You have 24 hrs to cancel your order, where then a full refund will be issued back to you.
Shipping
* Domestic orders ship USPS 2-3 business day Priority mail.
* For orders placed on short notice and International orders will be shipped USPS Express Mail or UPS.
* I provide a transit number if one is provided to me by the shipping company.
* Orders are shipped w/ in the time frame of when your event date is. I can not guarantee the order will arrive on time due to the unpredictability of the postal service. I do not offer shipping refunds or credits for late shipments. I encourage you to follow up with the Postal Service should you have any shipping problems.
*I can add insurance to your shipment with additional fee.
*I advise that all my customers carefully read the details of each listing. All my listings come with special order instructions. Without the needed info your order may be delayed.
Refunds and Exchanges
* You have 24 hrs to cancel your order, where then a full refund will be issued back to you.
* Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged in a box with extra bubble wrap packaging inside to prevent any shifting or damage to your purchase. There is no refund on damaged deliveries. I work delicately on each intricate detail to insure your purchase is properly packaged, thus I can not be held responsible when package is not in my possession.
* Lost packages are the result of the shipping company and advise you file a claim with them.

*International orders must be placed 3-4 weeks in advance.
*Domestic orders must be place 2-3 weeks in advance.
*What is the latest I can order an edible product?
- The latest you can place an order for an edible product is at least 3 weeks.
*What if I need an edible product and I've already passed the 3 week mark?
- If you have less then 3 weeks tell your event and would like to place an order, please contact me immediately and I will do everything I can to work with you.
*What are your edible toppers made of?
- I make my toppers with fondant, gum paste, and/or almond paste. At times I will use buttercream frosting, chocolate, sprinkles, sugar crystals, colored sugar dust, and sugar pearls.
* How long does it take to receive my order?
- Due to edible orders being custom made to order, order must be placed within a reasonable time frame. If an edible order is placed it will take at least 3 weeks or less after payment is received til you will receive your package. If ordered paper goods that can take anywhere up to 2 weeks after payment is received. But I try my best to ensure fast delivery.
*What if I want to make an order on a certain idea I have that you do not offer in your shop?
- Please do not hesitate to contact me (order@yesmaam.us) to inquire about your great idea. No idea is a worthless idea, they all have potential for greatness.
*What info. do I need to give you when I place an order?
- I will need the all that apply, date of your event, amount of toppers purchasing, theme/idea/characters, colors, child's age,
