YesterHere is about giving life and purpose back to vintage and antique items. Old things are special, precious and unique. Differences in patina and usage can cause 2 originally identical items to look very different after 20+ years. So that's why I think Old is Beautiful!

Everything on our shelves is (to the very best of our knowledge) 20 years old, and most considerably older.

I have loved vintage and antique pieces for as long as I was able to chose my own clothing and accessories. Apart from the wonderful historical texture that comes with vintage, I love the individuality and uniqueness of the clothing, jewelry and homewears. I find that much highstreet jewelry is imitating vintage, with less quality and a higher price tag, vintage takes you back to source and authenticity.

I also run a handmade Etsy shop, The Sailmaker's Daughter, featuring hand drawn jewelry, embroidery and pretty stud earrings.
